Sparrowdo::VSTS::YAML:Artifact

Sparrowdo module to generate VSTS yaml steps to publish artifacts.

$ cat sparrowfile

module_run "VSTS::YAML::Artifact", %(

$ sparrowdo --local_mode --no_sudo
