Compare documentation of Rakudo Types to

• the legacy type-graph.txt relationship index ( option --legacy-compare )
• whether the sources in github.com/Raku/docs/doc/Type are valid Rakudo types (option --verify )
• whether all the valid Rakudo Tyoes are documented ( option --coverage )

Also generate svgs when a typename generated from a source file corresponds to a Rakudo Type (no option)
